Payment
You can pay for your order using the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) via secure Stripe payment
- Bank transfer (details provided upon order confirmation)
- Cheque (France only), payable to Régis Jorand
Payment deadline: 15 days from the date of purchase for bank transfers or cheques.
After this period, ScripoFrance reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.
Any additional fees related to the chosen payment method are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method:
Standard Letter, Tracked Letter, Registered Mail (R1/R2/R3), or Colissimo (France & international).
- Processing time: orders are shipped within 15 business days after payment confirmation
- Packaging: rigid cardboard envelope or suitable parcel
- Carriers: La Poste or Colissimo
